Sigmar is now hiring for their Legal team and offering a fantastic opportunity to an ambitious professional who wishes to enter the world of Legal recruitment or has existing recruitment experience in this area. You will have full access to Sigmar's legal division and clients/candidates, which is an amazing opportunity to grow and develop this area even more. What you will be doing. You will use innovative and traditional recruitment platforms such as – LinkedIn, Monster, Head Hunting, Networking and our own global internal database to source the best talent in the market. Engaging with job seekers and learning about their career experience. Proactively speak with potential candidates about roles that may be of interest and suited. Acting as the first point of contact for the business, you will conduct interviews face to face, via Skype and telephone. You are encouraged to continually build and maintain knowledge of the Legal market through market research, attending events, networking and taking part in internal creative projects. Hold interviews and build relationships with credible legal professionals helping them with their next career move. You will attend events and meetings with Legal Practices, Financial Institutions and some of Ireland’s leading Tech and Pharma companies. New and regeneration business development activities including market mapping, prospecting clients, and maintaining consistent communication. Negotiation of rates and business terms with new clients. Role Requirements. An interest in Legal recruitment and a passion for excelling in tasks that you undertake. 3rd level degree in Law or Business related discipline. Minimum 1 year work experience in either corporate recruitment. An interest in the Legal industry – you are not expected to be a legal expert; you are interested in developing your knowledge.
