Description

HR Systems & Data Analyst. Sanderson is recruiting for an HR Systems & Data Analyst to join its Global client on a permanent basis. With a strong attention to detail and excellent communications you will influence and interact with key stakeholders to deliver on number of projects tasks as well as develop and deliver reporting, data analysis and insights within the HR team, key focus on the following. Data Analysis. Build and deliver analytic solutions. Analysis and interpretation of data. Manage high level reporting from all HR systems and build reporting templates and tools to support HR delivery. Deliver regular data and insights to key stakeholders such as Executive team and HR Partners. Owner of the HR data dashboards and HR KPIs - working with stakeholders to ensure these are delivered. Support delivery of Data Analytics projects for HR. Gender Pay Gap reporting and analysis, working with the Reward team as required. Produce data and insights to support regular reporting; Pulse Surveys, SDR, and NI Equality Commission submissions. HR Technologies. Work with key stakeholders to deliver HR Systems roadmap which will deliver a great employee experience. Single Point of Contact and lead system development projects for all HR systems. Development, testing and implementation of all systems changes across HR technologies and communicating appropriately. Ensure the appropriate integration of all HR systems and data, working with IT as appropriate. Work with Group and our stakeholders to implement integration. Propose and drive implementation of automation and digital solutions to HR processes. Skills and Experience At least 3 years experience in a data analytics, strong statistical background with suitable data analytics qualification (primary degree with curriculum in the following areas: Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science. Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and experienced in developing and delivering high quality data reporting, dashboards and insights. Experience in using various data tools such as SQL and R and HR Systems, ideally including Oracle.
