Graphics Co-ordinator - South Dublin. This position is being offered as a 12-months' fixed-term contract. In this role you will provide support on a global basis for the Graphics & Labelling team, working closely with the Project Manager, Graphic Design and Graphics Quality groups to meet project deliverables. You will coordinate the MDR graphics and labelling project which is critical to the continued viability of the business. Main responsibilities will include : Collaborate with the Project Manager to fully understand scope of the MDR graphics and labelling project. Support the planning and implementation of the MDR Graphics Project, planning and deliverables. Track project through execution and communicate project status to management. Provide support to all stakeholders EU & Unit RA, Legal, Marketing, etc. on packaging graphics needs. (Compatibility tables, ISO standards, MDR & Market specific requirements, claims, language configuration, translations and branding. Work closely with the MDR Project Manager to ensure overall alignment of the graphics and labelling Workstream with all other interdependent Graphics. Responsible for providing accurate redlined drawings and pack specs according to the change control request and input from all stakeholders. Work closely with translation agencies to obtain translations required. Provide mock-ups as required from Graphics team to regions and other stakeholders for review. Support training and continuous improvement for the graphics group. Interested applicants should have at least three years’ experience in Medical/Pharmaceutical Graphics production, preferably at a project co-ordination level. You must have a clear understanding of packaging requirements within a healthcare setting, coupled with strong graphic development experience. You will have a solid educational background with qualifications in Graphic Design, and/or Project Management. You should display excellent project co-ordination, communication and prioritisation skills. This role would be well suited to an individual who has led cross-functional project teams and is confident carrying responsibility for the scope and delivery of complex projects across geographies. You should be familiar with Mac based Adobe suite. Be familiar with the printing processes – both process and spot colours, colour separation, typography, Adobe Acrobat comparison.
