 job Description   We Are Currently Recruiting An Experienced Pastry Chef To Join A Busy Catering Company, Based In Dublin City Centre. The Role Will Require The Effective And Efficient Management Of The Pastry Department, Coordinating All Day To Day Activities In The Kitchens, Purchasing, Preparation, Service, Menu Planning Etc, Reporting To The Head Chef. Some Evening And Weekend Work Will Be Required But The Regular Working Week Will Be 9Am-6Pm - Monday To Friday.    requirements   · Experience In Managing Busy Pastry Kitchen Operation  · Candidates Need Experience In Busy Production Kitchen, 4* Hotel Kitchen Is Ideal  · Must Display Excellent Forward Planning Skills, Advance Prep Work For Large Events Etc  · Reliable, Committed, Motivated And Above All Professional Person Required.   · Must Display Strong Attention To Detail And Be Very Standards And Service Driven   · Proven Experience In Production And Service Of A Range Of Breads, Pastries, Desserts, Cakes Etc  · A Positive Attitude, A “Can Do” Approach, Friendly And Outgoing Personality   · Min 3 Years Pastry Chef Experience Needed, Ideally In A Large Hotel Or Catering Kitchen   · Work Permit Is Not Available For This Role, Full Legal Status To Work In Ireland Is Required.   · Fluent English And Excellent It And Admin Skills Required  Responsibilities   · Manage Pastry Kitchen Operations And Coordinating All Areas Of Food Service   · Work With The Overall Team As Required During Service Periods / Functions Etc.   · Ensure The Highest Standards Of Haccp Cleanliness And Hygiene Prevail   · Managing Ordering, Stock Levels, Pricing, Promotions, Special Events, Wastage Etc   · Observe All Shift And Opening / Closing Procedures Adhering To All Eho Guidelines   · Provide Leadership And Facilitate A Friendly And Welcoming Working Environment For All, This Is A Small Team Who Work Very Well Together,    for Full Details Please Forward Current Cv In Word Format To Richard With Reference Details, View Www.rlconsult.com Or Call Richard At 086-8333677   .
