Description

Head of Talent Acquisition. Sanderson is working in partnership with its Global client to recruit a Head of Talent Acquisition to deliver on the organisations ambitious growth plans and to attract key talent across all levels of the business. You will be responsible for liaising with senior management across a range of business areas and for leading on all Talent Acquisition requirements across the firm. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build successful relationships with stakeholders and to deliver effective and innovative Talent Acquisition strategies. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Strategy. Lead the development and execution of the Talent Acquisition strategies across all areas of the business including campus/experienced hires and senior level professionals. Engage effectively with all stakeholders in the strategic resource planning process, adding real value to the business. Manage the Talent Acquisition budget and headcount approval process. Ensure hiring targets are met (c. 700 experienced hires and 300 campus hires per annum. Attract and source top talent. Work with key business stakeholders and the Marketing Team to develop engaging and creative Talent Acquisition campaigns. Leverage digital, social media and physical channels to create, drive and maintain employer branding. Manage and oversee the Talent Acquisition team's sourcing activity to build and sustain a strong talent pipeline of talent. Oversee the Talent Acquisition process. Working closely with the service lines to ensure the hiring process runs effectively and efficiently and a first class candidate experience is delivered. Ensure best practice in the use of selection interviews and assessment processes. Provide the management team with regular updates and reports detailing meaningful commentary on relevant and informative metrics. Work closely with the firm's immigration services provider regarding the coordination of Work Permits/visas for new hires. Ensure data quality and integrity Workday. Lead and contribute to all ATS enhancement projects. Managing Talent Acquisition relationships. Provide coaching, mentoring and support to a dedicated team of Talent Acquisition professionals. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Lead in the development of key partnership relationships with your colleagues across the business to facilitate the sharing of best practices. Provide thought leadership to the business, updating on Talent Acquisition and employment trends, and proposing creative and innovative solutions. Skills, experience and qualifications. Extensive Talent Acquisition experience working in a fast-paced in-house corporate environment. Strong people management and team leadership skills. Proficiency in the use of in-house applicant tracking systems (Workday is a distinct advantage. Excellent relationship management skills with an ability to influence senior business leaders. Strong organisational and project management skills.
