HR Business Partner Hybrid working. Sanderson is working with its leading Global client to place an HR Business Partner in a fast paced customer focused environment that will drive performance and develop a culture of continuous improvement for its clients. The HR Partner will implement global HR initiatives with a focus on Engagement & Communications, Retention & Recognition, Wellness, Performance, Learning & Development and Sense of Purpose. Core Responsibilities Performance Management that will create a culture that encourages the continuous improvement of skills and behaviours aligned with business requirements. Talent Management, Career & Succession Planning to identify, retain and develop talent through the use of staff retention programs. Employee Relations; you will lead the effective and timely management of employee relations issues with people managers. Metrics, Reporting & Projects; reporting on key metrics such as headcount, attrition, internal movement and performance on a regular basis. Employee Engagement & Wellbeing to develop the annual employee engagement/wellness plan to ensure that employee engagement and the employee journey are a factor in people plans. As an agent of Change & Communications and develop effective internal communication strategies. Project Management work on a number of HR projects relevant to clients and culture related initiatives. Engage in and take ownership of personal development and career planning. Build strong, relationships with your peers, colleagues and teams. Qualifications & Experience. HR Degree or equivalent third level qualification in HR related area. 3 years prior experience or comparable experience working as a SR HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a similar environment. Strong working knowledge of Irish Labour Law and employment practices. A proven track record in strong business partnering and collaboration with senior business leaders in a fast moving business is a must, as is the ability to pick up ad hoc operational responsibilities.
