Quality Monitoring Feedback Analyst. We are seeking a senior Quality Analyst that helps with driving continuous improvements to quality processes, identifying gaps, spotting trends and sharing improvement insights. Also, the senior QA will  have team and reporting responsibilities.  As a Senior Quality Analyst, you will be involved supporting business growth initiatives and you will be responsible for reporting on quality trends and issues, delivering training, documenting quality progress and reporting it to Operations. Responsibilities: Assess the quality specific market as assigned per QA or Team Lead. Creation, development, execution and report of results of Action Plans. Complete the required number of quality assurance audits and quality related tasks. Deliver training to the team when required. Report to the management team identified error trends and QA metrics on a daily basis. Identify gaps in client policies and provide feedback accordingly. Calibrate with various vendor and client teams on policy knowledge on a weekly basis to ensure consistent quality assurance across board. Provide QA progress reports to Team Leads. Develops and maintains knowledge of client and client specific business processes. Shares information required for the team to be successful. Seeks opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance by reviewing knowledge  base content, practicing skills and being receptive to coaching and constructive feedback. Provide coaching, team and 1:2:1 sessions. Skills Required:  Minimum of 12 months experience within the Child Exploitation/Safety area.  Minimum of 12 months experience in content moderation. Experience working with other Teams (training, providing feedback, planning workload. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quality and productivity standards. Quick learner with proven ability to grow and lead a team. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Passion for learning and creative problem-solving. Proven track record of success in previous work experiences. Strong Google applications skills (sheets,slides,docs. Analytical frame of mind. Strong communication skills with all levels of employees and management. Ability to perform special projects as needed besides daily responsibilities. Strong organizational skills and time management. Ability to organize a team and assist supervising workload for maximum efficiency. Critical problem solving and issue resolution.
