HR Business Partner 9 Month Contract Sanderson is recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to provide crucial support at every stage of the career lifecycle; from attracting talent to supporting the professional journey. The primary focus for this HRBP is to create an extraordinary place for individuals to create their future and have a challenging and rewarding career. You will do this by collaborating with the business, leveraging talent, developing a strong engagement culture, and challenging your managers and staff to achieve delivery excellence and focusing on innovation. Core Duties: Partner with Managers and support the HOHR and HRD in delivering a strategic partnering service. Support the deployment of the talent strategy; talent management, leadership development, managing change, performance management and organisational design. Supports the creation of Strategic People Plans to map out Talent needs. Drive strategic change, monitor and report on delivery against Annual Plans. Supports the introduction and execution of Workforce Plans. Leads with and adds insights to data and comes up with ideas/solutions to potential and emerging problems. Uses MI/data to measure progress of Strategic People Plan. Use data to bring insights to business reviews to aid discussion and challenge status quo. Trusted providing guidance and coaching on; performance management, talent management and pay reviews. Collaborate with teams to shape and deliver a positive employee experience. Drives and implements engagement and change management programmes. Supports the implementation of the firm's key processes around for example, performance management, leadership development and reward (without an undue administrative burden. Supports our drive to be an inclusive employer valuing diversity and difference. Ensure HR partnership alignment with Belfast office. Experience & Skills: Extensive knowledge of HR across key areas such as, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Performance Management, Reward, and Diversity & Inclusiveness. 3- 5 years' experience as a HR Business Partner working with senior management teams to bring about behavioural change resulting in improved business performance. Successful achievement of professional qualifications and/or education to third level degree. A strong focus on your own personal learning and mentoring others to do likewise.
