This great organisation seeks a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to join its Consulting Operation at an Assistant Manager level. You will play a lead role in managing delivery, engaging with clients & leading a team of Consultants to all deliver operational excellence solutions. This will be to a broad range of clients across public & private sector organisations. You will: Work as part of multi-disciplinary team to deliver & manage projects relating to :design, execution & delivery of Bus. Process Mgt. Services on behalf of clients. Provide Bus. process improvement recommendations &/or the implementation of process improvement (including automation) initiatives. Apply advanced Lean Six Sigma methodologies & related analytics, Experimental Design & SPC. Manage process workstreams within large scale business transformation (BT. Design & delivery of BT for clients & implement these process & operating model improvements. Define & drive projects throughout the project life cycle. Manage multi-disciplined teams across various Bus. units & functions. Train & mentor colleagues in Ops Excellence tools & techniques to work at all levels. Developing project plans, roles & responsibilities & communications plans. Engage project s/holders regardless of discipline to effectively driving projects. Facilitate workshops to gather & define project scopes & Bus. requirements. Identify & implement process improvements & solutions. Required skills. An internationally recognised Lean Six Sigma Black Belt qualification essential (e.g., IASSC, ASQ, etc.). A Min of 3+ years' post-qualification exp. is required, working on business transformation projects in a complex multi-disciplinary environment. Exp. in leading Black Belt projects of using Lean Six Sigma methodologies with measurable benefits. Excellent analysis & problem-solving skills. Adaptable & with an innovative. Proficient in Change Mgt. Exp. in consultancy ie. training & coaching Lean Six Sigma white to green belt. Ideally exp. in energy / utilities, life sciences, telecoms, transport, financial services, healthcare, or FMCG. A qualification (e.g., Prince2, PMP, Agile, SCRUM, etc.) would be great. Strong Microsoft Project & Visio skills, along with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams. Exp. implementing Lean Six Sigma analytics with Microsoft Power BI, R &/or Python an advantage. Excellent presentation skills, verbally & in writing, with different audiences. Can communicate effectively as good working relationships are critical.
