Talent Acquisition Specialist. Sanderson are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a permanent basis to join our International Engineering client's growing business. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to develop an understanding of their needs and to provide first-class recruitment services, support and advice throughout the end-to-end hiring process. Key Responsibilities Collaborate to create and implement strategic plans for sourcing candidates with strong technical backgrounds. Identify, screen, and pre-qualify candidates for Apprenticeships, Trades, Technical and non-Technical roles using appropriate techniques. Proactively engage passive candidates through sourcing and pipeline building. Proactively utilise direct hiring channels to attract talent through job boards, networking, referrals and various social media platforms whilst continuously identifying new and innovative sourcing approaches. Manage and drive a full recruitment cycle for all projects, partner with hiring managers, and build out and improve new and existing processes. Work closely with hiring managers to prioritise hiring needs and build a seamless recruitment process. Develop, manage and execute all recruitment activity across our business from validation of job description through to day-one of employment for the new hire. Take full ownership of the end to end recruitment and selection process across the business. Report on recruitment activity on a regular basis and prepare reports as required. Skills & Experience. Strong stakeholder management skills. Inhouse or agency technical, engineering or construction recruitment. Highly organised and used to working in a fast paced high volume recruitment environment.
