Cognate Health partners with its clients to enhance the health and wellbeing of their employees, improving overall performance.  A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Cognate Health Team!  We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Accounts Manager. Main responsibilities:  Develop and maintain excellent business relationships with customers and ensure consistent follow-up and support to drive revenue. Develop strong product knowledge of all Cognate Health OH services to present a broad and reasonably deep overview of our services   Communicate and execute Sales Forecasts and Strategic Sales plans to Senior management. Identify new business opportunities on a continuous basis  Negotiation of contracts, pricing strategy including product pricing and value proposition creation. Develop the relationships with existing clients by proposing innovative solutions that meet their needs. Ensuring a robust new business pipeline and maximise penetration of our extensive client portfolio. Serve as the key link of communication between clients and internal teams. Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and deal with complaints  Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Ability to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders internally as well as externally and operate at Senior Leadership level. Qualifications: Proven experience in as similar role– ideally 8 years plus. Ideally hold a nursing qualification or equivalent as the role will require understanding of a complex range of clinical services that are available through occupational health. Must be comfortable in a sales environment with sales targets and quota expectations. Must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy: a strategic vision and the drive to make that vision a reality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels is essential. Excellent organizational skills. In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies. Ability to problem-solving and negotiate. Excellent presentation skills and comfortable interacting at senior leadership level in large organisations. IT Capability – Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products as well as relevant OH and CRM systems for reporting. A willingness to travel to meet clients.
