Our client, a national main contractor who specialise in commercial and residential works require experienced Project Manager for the construction and fit-out for various projects which may include: Dublin Docklands, multi-storey residential Developments. South City, industrial units for data centre, life science & pharma clients. West Dublin, construction of new apartment development & community centre. New build hotels to 200 bedrooms within M50. You will have relevant experience, a "keen eye" for costs, a proven track record of delivering projects to the end user to the highest quality with emphasis on safe and efficient construction at all times.
