Description

Process Business Analyst Sanderson have teamed up with a multinational insurance company to recruit a Process Business Analyst on a contract basis. Responsibilities: Create process documentation/ workflows, knowledge articles and self- service guidance for IT services. Collect and document of business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts. Facilitate process workflow modelling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases. Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes is achieved the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels. Identify issues and risks. Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management. Participate in the problem resolution. Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review. Maintain a complete understanding of and adheres to all IT policies and processes. Requirements. General or Life and Pension Insurance Police administration experience. Strong analytical skills and proven ability to deliver accurate, relevant, and timely information. Proven experience of working with both business and IT stakeholders. Excellent organisational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure that deadlines are consistently met. Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver results working to tight deadlines and show good commercial judgement.
