Business Analyst Sanderson have teamed up with a multinational insurance company to recruit three Business Analyst on a contract basis. Key responsibilities : Produce requirement specifications and outline solution design documents throughout the project life cycle, incorporating change requests and finalisation of requirements documentation. Analyses and manages requirement risk and maintain trace ability matrix. Performs quality review checks on project deliverables. Participates in development of test strategy, test plan, testing, implementation, and training activities. Participates in post implementation activities including problem solving and measurement of benefits achieved. In case expected benefits are not achieved, participates in the analysis to determine root cause. Skills required : General insurance policy administration experience. Strong analytical skills and proven ability to deliver accurate, relevant, and timely information. Proven experience of working with both business and IT stakeholders. Excellent organisational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure that deadlines are consistently met. Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver results working to tight deadlines and show good commercial judgment. Excellent interpersonal skills and the competency to work both on an individual basis and as part of a team. Strong communication skills with an ability to deal with all levels in a confident and professional manner. Must have a very flexible approach to work and be confident working in a fast moving, exciting environment. Excellent attention to detail required.
