Description

Senior HR Business Partner. Leading a small team of HR Business Partners you will implement change and add value to the business and teams. You will continue to build and develop a high quality and strategic Human Resource function that supports business growth. With a focus on a productive and engaged colleagues and company culture you will report to the HR Director and partner with the business at the highest levels to drive strategic HR Programmes. Core Responsibilities. Champion and support core Values and Behaviours. Lead an established Business Partnering team and continue to develop a proactive leadership model. Ensure that the HRBP's team's actions and supports are aligned with Business Unit strategy and are based on a data led understanding of business units operating environments. Contribute to the design, development and rollout of People Programme Workstreams as a Senior Member of the HR Team. Actively support the Industrial Relations Processes (IR experience is not necessary), through positive engagement with Employee Representative bodies and participation in local and third party forums. Coach and guide Business Leaders in the delivery of change, through challenge, research, planning, risk identification, coaching of management teams, project analysis, cost modelling and positive Stakeholder engagement. Provide pragmatic support, in line with business strategy, to designated business units, whilst building strong and productive relationships with stakeholders across the business. Identify and develop value adding development activity with internal stakeholders and external partners that deliver a return in investment for the business and raise Team competency levels. Education, Skills & Experience. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or Human Resources Manager. A third level qualification in Human Resources or similar. A Well-developed commercial outlook and taking a project management approach to HR. Experience supervising a team or being an escalation point. Strong familiarity with HR metrics, analysis and reporting.
