Project Manager. Dublin. About the opportunity. ICDS are on the search for a Project Manager a client based in Dublin. Our client, an award-winning main contractor with an annual turnover of over €400m are looking for a Project Manager with previous experience project managing commercial or residential project. About the requirements / responsibilities. • Responsibility for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards. • Key liaison between contractors and the Client, ensuring Client is regularly updated. • Instruct, coach and direct the project staff with respect to construction, contractual and regulatory requirements. • Effective management and co-ordination of subcontractors and ensure all personnel on site conduct their duties to the highest standards. • Manage day to day operational duties. • Continually improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service. Candidate Requirements /Qualifications / Experience: • Previous experience within a Main Contracting position, or similar. • Proven experience within a Main Contractor environment dealing with Residential or Commercial projects. • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent. • Proven ability to manage teams and sub-contractors. Package/ Benefits. • Salary range €80,000 - €120,000 depending on experience. • Genuine career progression.
