Town Planner – Dublin City Centre - €50-75k/pa. Town Planner required for a global leader in the Auditing, Consulting, Deal Advisory, Tax & Law and Technology & Engineering sectors. You will work within their planning, economics and research consultancy division who specialise in the provision of data-driven advice to public and private sector clients. Advising on securing planning consent, identifying development potential, coordinating Design Teams and adding value, while enabling their clients to make informed decisions supported by socio-economic data, deep insight and rigorous analysis. Requirements: Irish Planning Institute professional accreditation, and/or Royal Town Planning Institute accreditation. At least 5 years’ experience working within the planning and development industry. Strong knowledge of the Irish planning processes including EIAR. Experience working with Design Teams in the preparation and lodgement of planning applications, planning appeals, site feasibility studies, and planning strategies.
