My client is a multinational electronics manufacturing & repair company who are in search for a Japanese speaking Administrator. who is fluent in both Japanese and English with the ability to carry out general administration and translation tasks. *This is a 12 Month Contract* Key Responsibilities: Answer phone and deal with client inquiries, couriers, visitors, contractors (ESB, gas, water, cleaners, etc.) Support communication with customers in Japan. Manage customers attending for technical training. Support travel bookings and visa applications for the team. General office GA (filing, forwarding expenses, meeting preparation and set up. Support communications with Japanese teams. Support translation of technical and business documents from Japanese to English and vice versa. Potentially will be trained to support sales and service administrator. Support Monthly calls with Japanese Management / sales team. Support translation of corporate and sales material to and from the Japanese teams. Support communications with key suppliers in Japan. Requirements: Fluent in Japanese and English. 1+ years in office administration. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to travel to Japan or Korea for periods of up to 2 weeks. Can reach Leixlip every day to be on site to work 5 days a week. Experience in translation. Please get in touch for more information.
